I resented my service visit being used as a method of priming the sales department to use pressure tactics to try to convince me to sell my car. It was totally shady and a violation of the trust I place in the service team to act with integrity and put my interests first. Communication was also bad with the service team and the service time far exceeded the estimate given.

Jason has been helping me out the last couple times i went in for services and he’s been amazing every time. every time i went in, he let me know exactly what my car needed and what services can wait for the next time. he listened when i mentioned that my brakes were squeaking and it is finally fixed! thanks jason for all your help!
