Misinformed by one rep who told my tire was not in stock until he called Jerry, one of the rep who checks customers while they are in their car. Jerry told him the tire was in stock. So they replaced my tire. This dealership offered different of coffees from the coffee machine. And they offered bottled water. These were the good things from this dealership.
