Service was great. Not sure why alignment sheet wasn’t provided for before and after when doing an alignment.
Coco was amazing. Professional yet personable and very kind. He treated us extremely well and a great addition to your staff.
I went in for a tire rotation. A front end alignment and cabin filter was added. After waiting 2 hours, I had to leave. Nothing had been done, not even the tire rotation. I had a 9:00 am appointment. At 11:00, I was told I was next in line after another alignment. Previously I was happy with the service I have received.
Mr.Ramierz-pascual was the best. He took me to the body shop after my car was sent for its maintenance.
Julian was very friendly and informed me of the recall on my vehicle. I decided to get that done and get my tire checked as well. The problem arose after when I was told it would only be about 2 hours to get everything done but instead I was calling since 3pm to get picked up and no one arrived so I had to pay $14 for an uber!! Not only that I was late to my son’s track meet!! I dropped the vehicle off at 11:15am, there is no reason it should’ve taken until after 4pm to get it done and also no excuse for me not getting picked up. I didn’t get a call from a driver until 4:40pm, almost 2 hours after I asked to get picked up!! By that time I had already taken the uber and left with my car. Absolutely NOT a great first experience.
Aj is always professional and so glad he continued on with the chang to Serra. He even helped me with a issue on a non toyota I purchased from Don Jacob's Toyota.
Rigo got me in and out fairly quickly and with only wipers as and additional thing to consider.
I do think you should make sure Google knows to connect Don Jacobs location searches to Serra.
Awesome coustumer services and execelent employees and do anything to help you.
Every one was nice an made it easy on us
Thanks a lot.
Thanks for addressing my initial concerns and getting me scheduled quickly.
Rigo did an excellent job explaining to me the service I received today and what I would need in the future. I appreciate that he shared his card with me and wrote down what and when I should follow up with future service. His professionalism was appreciated.
Chris Wegner explained everything nicely and was very helpful.
Oil changes and tire rotation should not take 45 minutes. There should be a separate service section for quick service. Other dealerships have this in place. I’m just giving you information to help your dealership. Thank you for your service today.
I am a long term customer and was not satisfied with my visit yesterday. When I made my appointment I was very specific a to why I was bringing my car in. This information was obviously not passed on to the service tech when I checked in. I got the impression that he was new at the job as he proceeded to tell me about multiple services that I needed (several that have already been addressed) but didn't even mention the service issue that I had made the appointment for. I had to stop him and explain why I had brought my car in. After an hour and a half he came to the waiting area and told me that one of my tires had a rim leak and the other three were leaking air as well from the valve stems. He also said that I had 2 TPMS that needed replacing. He recommended that I purchase all new tires as this was a dangerous situation. When. I told him I was not about to do that, he said that I would need to talk to his manager. The manager came and told me the same thing. I got the impression that he was just backing up the service tech and really didn't know the full extent of my concern. At that point I just wanted to pay for the diagnostic service and leave. I understand that recommending needed service is necessary, but since this dealership has come under new ownership I feel that the focus is on pressuring the service techs to sell as much service as possible rather than meeting the needs of the customers. In the past I felt that I would get the service that I needed and if additional service was recommended I could decide for myself what and when I would have it done without feeling pressured. It seems to me that selling as much service as possible is now more important than meeting customers immediate concerns.
Was disappointed in the quotes I was given for new tires, and did not appreciate them doing a wheel alignment when they were telling me I needed new tires
