This was my first experience with Toyota service and Gilbert was fantastic to work with! U.explained that I had just purchased my used 2023 Rav4 back in Feb. Gilbert looked up the service records and completed all necessary work quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant to work with.

I am extremely upset with my experience at Serra Toyota. I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection, I was sent photos of a “hybrid system failure”, when I don’t even have a hybrid car. The photo of the system was not even of my car. I also was sent a photo of brake pads that needed changing and was asked for it to be charged, but after the hybrid system photo, I was skeptical that the photo even belonged to my car. I paid for the oil change and tire rotation, yet when I entered my car, there was no sticker with the date/mileage for the next oil change, and the “maintenance required” message was not cleared. I seriously don’t think an oil change was even completed on my car. I then am skeptical that a tire rotation even occurred. I also was told they topped off my wiper fluid, which they did not, as I checked. I am confident nothing was done to my car and I was almost charged for repairs on someone else’s vehicle. How do you send photos of someone else’s car? This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never be receiving services from Serra Toyota ever again.

The shop was really busy, but Coco’s positive attitude was the highlight of the service. Everyone was so attentive to the time— I also wasn’t waiting very long either thank you!

Awful service visit. First the advisor tells me I am behind with most of the flushes in my car. Lists them several times to me. I am aware of these but have no money for flushes at this time. I did not appreciate his tone. Then when I go pickup my car after I received message it was done I had to wait. Did not know you have no receptionist anymore,stood in that office for a bit before I went back out to see if someone was going to help me. My advisor was with another customer and said he would be right there. So I had to wait there to check out, then wait again for him to find who checked over my car. Tgen he told me I needed brakes I said ok I just cant do it right away so money,said you have financing..i just stated cant do it right now. Wait again gir my car. Service was not like I use to receive. I don't like to be bullied into services I cannot afford I do take very good of my car and will always get the necessary services for my car.

My experience today renewed my faith in Toyota. Everything was done in a timely manner. On Monday I thought the tires weren't rotated, because the tech didn't check the box. Today Cesar assured me that it had been done. I did not blame Cesar for the issues on Monday. Monday and today he was a professional.
