I was not happy with the fact that even though I have requested a loaner car since I have to work night shift, the service rep that helped me, was put off by my remark and said that my car will be ready in an hour. I get that but at the same time, if I didn’t need the loaner car I wouldn’t have asked cause I would rather drive my car and be responsible for that and not a loaner car. I would love to continue to be a customer but I would like for him not to service me again.
Max did an excellent job very well spoken. My truck was done actually before I thought it would be and I was on my way. Very good.

I want to compliment Julian Terry, the Serra service advisor I worked with on June 22. The rear hatchback door on my 2016 RAV 4 malfunctioned on a drive from Chicago to Milwaukee when a mechanism broke; the hatchback would not close. Julian assessed the situation and was able to get the hatchback closed and secured so that I can get it repaired fully when I get home to Ohio. Julian’s expertise, professionalism, and customer care saved our vacation. I would certainly be a Serra Toyota customer if I lived in Milwaukee. Thank you.
