Was promised a pick-up at 4:30 by Rigo from the shuttle. Finally showed up at 5:00PM and then had to wait for someone to help me. I was late for my dinner with my wife due to the delays. The invoice said I owed $154 and I had to sign it even though this was part of the Jacobs Care package. I was never called about the work that was not completed and why it was not completed. Too many excuses about why items were not covered or why it could not be fixed. Very disappointed and only bring my car there as part of the Jacobs Care package. Might be a Zero to One Star review at best
