I had my car serviced yesterday for eleven hundred dollars. I drove out of my garage this morning.A large shield under the engine came loose and dragged in the street. I drove at about twenty miles per hour , from downtown to your dealership where they fixed it. No apology or taking of responsibility.
Yesterday, I took my RAV4 in for maintenance—an oil change and tire rotation. I also requested a system reset, for which they charged me $190 plus tax, yet they didn't actually do it. I'm very dissatisfied, so I'm going back now to have them explain what happened.
As long as Michael & AJ are there to make sure I am taken care of, I will continue to be a loyal costumer.

The level of scratches on the passenger side of the truck, without anyone telling me, is abominable. I really want to know what action was taken by a maintenance supervisor against the service technician that caused this damage. It almost seems purposeful. I imagine installing a tonneau cover is a routine service matter. Does this service technician have documented history of causing damage to vehicles? This is the information I want and deserve to know. Julian did his best under the circumstances however this damage is so absolutely egregious I just don't know what to think.

This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
I scheduled a shuttle pickup for 6:30 p.m. because I had an important commitment at 7:30 p.m. Instead of arriving at the scheduled time, I was repeatedly told the driver would be there in "5 minutes." After waiting, I was then told it would be another 12 minutes. Later, I was informed that the driver had other work to do. The shuttle did not arrive until approximately 7:20 p.m., causing significant inconvenience and making me late for my commitment.
What made the experience even worse was the response when I raised my concerns with the manager. Rather than acknowledging the issue or apologizing, the manager appeared dismissive and responded with an attitude, saying, "It happens sometimes." It was clear that my concerns were not taken seriously, which I found highly unprofessional.
Delays can happen, but poor communication, lack of accountability, and a dismissive attitude toward customers are unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the shuttle service and the way my complaint was handled.

Everything went so smooth getting my tire replaced after having a flat.
My only issue was that I asked how did the air duct get misaligned. Two people literally said I don’t know maybe the roads? I asked because I concerned of it happening again

Plastic covers were not reattached properly. I am bringing it in tomorrow morning to get corrected. I am not happy.

Cesar was great and was the reason that I was able to finally get my passenger airbag recall fixed. (I originally only came in for an oil change) It’s hard for me to get off work and he was able to get me a rental car for 24 hours, letting me get my car serviced and go to work the next day. I really appreciate that! And it was free! I’ve never used a rental car before so I was kind of scared to do it but he was knowledgeable, friendly and made it easy.
