The service was fine, but I think I was ripped off. My car is still under 4 years old. I thought I had free oil changes for 4 years. This would have been my last free one and I was charged over $100 for the oil change. This is my second Camry that I bought from Don Jacobs, now Serra. It left a bad taste in my mouth to be honest.

Cesar took care of everything for us in a timely manner. Explained everything to my husband over the phone when I brought the car in as there were some changes on paperwork vs what we were told over the phone. Thanks Cesar!!!
