could not reach service dept, 2 hrs after I dropped my car off. went back to Toyota told see what was going on. AJ was there then and was very helpful, that’s why when I go there I look for him.. He knows what he’s doing..

I asked to have the tire pressure looked at. Driver side rear is over inflated. I was told the tires would be rotated if they were the over inflated tire would have been found and adjusted. And that tire wouldn’t be showing an over inflated tire on the same side as when I brought it in today.

Mr. Rodriguez was courteous,professional up front about your protocol. However, although I understood there would be a shop fee, I was blown away with the amount of it when I came to pick up my car. Charging $75 to dispose of sparkplugs is outrageous. In my opinion, customers should be given a flat price to include all charges plus taxes up front and not face such unpleasant and shockingly high add on fees.

Very satisfied with the agent that checked me in my main complaint is the wait time. That's not on the agent that check me in. Not sure the point of having an appointment if the wait is 2 hours for an oil change

My service advisor was a good guy. I was told when I made the appointment. I would be out in an hour and a half. I had to reschedule my doctor appointment. It was an inconvenience. I was there for three hours.
