Washer fluid low message is there , you supposed to take care of that as your customer service agent says
I was not updated on what was needed to be done for my car until after 1.5 hours I went and asked. I approved the fix and was told it would be 1.5 hours. I got a text saying that it was done and I could pay but when I went to do that I was told it was not ready and I waited another hour. The representative was friendly but I was frustrated with getting texts that were not accurate.

You never fixed the problem, ever since we got a so-called tune up our car has never had such terrible gas mileage. I had it in three times and to make matters worse I was charged over $200. All I hear is that the gas blend changed. I don’t know how many times we went to Chicago and every time it was always the same 40 miles per gallon. Now it doesn’t even get close to that anymore. But you people don’t care as long as you got your money !

I was quoted $642 for a battery to be installed. I signed off on that amount. Not a tricky thing. When paying AJ informed me the final amount was $770. A $130 difference for a battery installation. A customer should be informed on the front end for something so basic as a battery.
