Poor experience. It took over 20 minutes to check in. I went for a walk. They call me 30 minutes later to tell me they didn’t order my tires and don’t have them in stock. Spent over an hour, nothing done on my vehicle.

It took over an hour to look at my cars front seat and tell me a new seat cover must be ordered. Exactly what I told the Service Advisor the moment he greeted me on arrival. I am dreading having to bring it in to actually have the cover replaced( a hour an a half job). I was an auto tech for fourty years. I know what I’m talking, as I replaced dozens of seat covers.
