Julian was one of the best service technicians I’ve ever had. He was attentive, quick, and has a great personality. No one enjoys bringing their car in for service early in the morning, but Julian made great conversation and took great care of me. 10/10 Julian! Great job.

I am totally disappointed with the service at both during checkin and check out. When I enquired about the coupons, they were not telling me anything friendly and were difficult to work with. Also, my issue with the noise coming from passenger side is till not fixed as I hear the noise still coming. I have paid ~$500 for this fix and I see that it's still not fixed. I need help expediting this and getting my car fixed, ASAP! Sunil

I had a 8:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation! I was told it would take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours max which is ridiculous for that service but I didn’t have a choice! My app showed my car was done and in a parking spot at 8:40. Nobody came to get me, at 9:40 which was an hour after the work was complete I went out to the service advisor to see why nobody had come to get me after many people were in and out of the waiting area ahead of me! I could see my truck parked and when I went to rigio he said in my defense I did say it would be done by 9:30. I stated my car had been sitting in the parking spot for an hour. Then asked if I wanted the coupon for the oil change and I said I thought it was done here and I got a very sneaky. Answer of we don’t do car washes here.! I will never return to this dealership again! This is the second time I have had an issue the first time was for a recall you made the appointment with me, dropped a vehicle off and then proceeded to call me to tell me you didn’t have the part for it. Extremely inconvenient. Again I will no longer be servicing my vehicle at this dealership.

Service guidelines have the Tacoma at 50000 mile rotation and 10000 mile oil change. Jacobscare is 5000 or 6 months. Tech put a service sticker for 3 months or 3000 in the vehicle. How does a certified Toyota tech not know the recommendations of the manufacturer or the service program from the seller?

General Manager Housse, he messed up things. they do not have sensors in their docs, it broke my spoiler while I was pulling back my car. general manager asked for my insurance and without my consent he sent his guy to search for my insurance in my car. he searched it in my car without my permission. Actually he should pay for breaking my car's spoiler. When I said him,I'm in an urgency and I will come back and discuss on this, he said to leave something valuable assest and then go. later he asked my id, I gave my id and was leaving. he took print of my ID and sent my ID back with his guy. it was very bas experience and a really bad behavior.

Every time I come in, you say I need an alignment. I just got new tires not even a year ago and they’re fine and I know my alignment is it drives straight I know cars so I wish they wouldn’t push other things on you when you don’t need it.
