AJ White was very nice and respectful. He explained everything to me and told me when my car would be ready. He kept me updated regarding my car. I received a text when it was ready. I got my car back 3 hours earlier than expected.

Chris was not very friendly and approachable when I first dropped off my vehicle. He looked at me like it was an inconvenience and said “well… what are you here for?” I came for a tire rotation (my last free one included in my Toyota plan). Chris mentioned two additional maintenance items I was due for, so I agreed to those. Chris called me and notified me that my washer fluid reservoir was leaking and I would need a replacement. Online, it said it was $205 and I agreed to this. Chris did not tell me this was the cost of the diagnostic, and then I almost paid an additional $500 for the reservoir. I was given no warning from Chris. I called to cancel this. He did refund me for the misunderstanding. My car still took 5+ hours to finally be ready. When my father picked up my car for me, they saw Chris had charged me for the tire rotation (the one that’s supposed to be free and what I originally came in for), an additional diagnostic test that was not done, and then the two other maintenance tasks I agreed to. It was such a mess, and aside from the refund for diagnostics, Chris was not helpful and just overall rude. I will NOT be returning to Serra Toyota.

Slight time delay. Between being “done” and getting a call. I know there was probably a lot of work. It is what it is. Man power is hard to come by and I do not know full story. Great service, better rig. Till we meet again.
