Positives: Gilberto was fantastic to work with. He deserves a raise. The service was timely and it seems like it was professionally done.
Negatives: Prices have gone up. I will be looking elsewhere for future service. Additionally, they did not remove the foot paper and seat plastic after my car was ready for me. I was also not given a mail in rebate for my new tire purchase.
Chris did a great job letting me know what was going on.
The only neg. Comment:
I had to wait a long time for the shuttle after I was told that my car was ready to be picked up. Approximately, 2 hours, I had to come and pick it up on my own.
Otherwise, I’m satisfied so far!

Gilberto was very nice & answered all my questions. He made sure to help me get to the waiting area & car due to my limited mobility at this time. Because of the length of time this service was going to take, he offered transportation back to my place which I appreciated (much more comfortable)
He was very professional.
My service person was very helpful. He relaid any and all information I needed to know regarding my vehicle, he made sure I was in and out in a timely manner.
All the service reps were respectful & explained all to me. I happened to be in with one situation then back within 7 days with the same problem. Hopefully, Serra won’t be seeing me anytime soon. A big thank you to Chris for coming in on his day off to get me up to speed on my vehicles the final diagnosis.

Felt like royalty getting my oil changed here compared to take 5.
We were getting tires it was buy 3 get 1 for 1.00 only 3 came in so we had to wait we did get a rental for free Cesar was very nice and then when we needed the alignment the vehicle ahead of ours was to heavy and broke the machine so we had to make a appointment to come back and have that done. Cesar did give us 10.00 off but that really didn't do much for all our frustration.
