Cesar did an excellent job helping me with my tire issue and also helped me get an unexpected recall repair done. He went above and beyond and cautioned me about my other tires needing to be replaced soon. He's an excellent Service Writer with great customer care being his utmost priority.

Straight forward with recommended services and typical inspection. Had an issue with my tires with the service team unable to provide why that was happening and assured me the tires were in good shape. Checking out was a rather unpleasant experience when I got an additional charge for a service they didn’t do plus the gentleman had to help the new guy and was very rude to in front of customers.

I worked with Sai, and he was excellent. I had an online appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment at 7:30 PM, just before closing. Sai explained both couldn’t be done that evening but still got the oil change done and arranged a rental so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. I truly appreciate his professionalism, understanding, and customer-first attitude.

Rigo was polite and friendly. He did not attempt to sell me more services than necessary (I typically receive a list of “recommended services” that aren’t actually needed for safe driving), and I was extremely appreciative of that.
