Honestly, I can't believe that the dealership did not torque the lugnuts properly. I have never been able to remove lugnuts by hand. This is extremely dangerous.

No effort made to serve customers in the order they arrived. I had a 7am and two cars that arrived after me were helped first because the service rep in my bay was slow.

RO#969140, The Toyota maintenance recommendation at 20,000 miles required a tire rotation. On my multi-point vehicle inspection report “tire rotation” was not checked. Additionally, when we bought the vehicle from Don Jacob’s Toyota we were guaranteed a car wash voucher with each maintenance visit, I didn’t receive a voucher with yesterday’s service. I sincerely hope that with the sale of Don Jacob’s Toyota that the family friendly atmosphere and promises were not sold off as well. Jim Carter

Chris & your entire team were excellent. Appears the issue with my newer to me 2022 RAV4 was a bit of a frustrating situation (pin hole in the gas line). I appreciate Chris’ attention to detail & keeping me informed. In this case I can say “Three times IS a charm.” To all, Thank you!!
