My only complaint would be me being 94 years old that he could have taken more time explaining things. I signed papers really not knowing what I was signing for. He was in a hurry to do everything and showed me my van outside the door. I have to assume everything was done I asked for.
I appreciate Serra standing behind the used car they sold us and replacing the broken part without additional charges.

When I asked if he would wash my vehicle, he said yes and then I got a coupon for the gas station down the street and it was a very substandard wash. Although I was grateful for getting a free car wash I don’t know if that’s the standard service That you want to complete a transaction with. But I am grateful for the quickness of the appointment and how quickly they were able to complete the oil change and tire rotation. Thanks again.
