John took very good care of me and explained everything well! It was a very busy day in the service department and he remained calm. Kudos ???? to John.
A rotate was done on my vehicle when it should not have been done. AJ corrected the problem immediately.
Was sent a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I could only use one coupon. Now I will make another appointment to use my tire rotation and spend more time at the dealership that I did not want to do. With service like this I doubt I will use your dealership to search for the new car I will be needing to buy.
I had quite a few things wrong with my truck they got everything fixed up and back to me in 3 days I'm pretty happy with it
What I was satisfied with:
- my service advisor. Chris Wegner. Once in the intake area, he totally took care of me considering I was told when I booked the appointment t that the procedures would take 1 1/2 hrs when Chris knew they would need the car for most of the day. He got me a loaner and contacted me when the work was completed (at no cost to me also thanks to Jacob’s care I purchase with the new vehicle).
What I was dissatisfied with:
- I was offered an appointment I could not make and agreed to an appointment today at 9:30. I received a text confirm of the appointment today. I then received a missed appointment text for the offered but rejected. Do better.
- when I arrived on time there were three cars waiting in each lane outside the doors. 20 minutes later I finally entered the intake area of the building. Your scheduling area could do better.
- the intake area is in efficient. My service advisor (SA) had to go across the area at least 3 times to get printed materials, photo copy things or get a lot attendant. At least 2 cars had to be moved around from the intake area, out to the service parking lot and back into the intake area before I could complete my intake process. You should consider a makeover and new intake area / process.
- the waiting area is not customer friendly. It is small and uncomfortable, there are no surfaces to write or set a laptop on, no semi-private spaces for customers to use to be productive, take business calls etc. other dealers have these amenities. Thankfully I was afforded a loaner car and could return home. You should do better.
Car was promised to be completed by 2pm... didn't get it until after 3pm...and I just got an oil change and tire rotation...
Julian was helpful and welcoming. The service was handled efficiently and I within the time frame Julian had given me. I was pleased to be in and out in a timely manner.

Alignment was not completed successfully. Vehicle still pulls to the left. I was made aware during the wait that the tech was having problems getting it aligned, but came back shortly there after stating everything was good to go. It was evident on the drive home that the tech working on the vehicle was not able to get it aligned properly. Left two messages regarding this on my drive home. Will need to reschedule to bring the truck back in for a second attempt.
