The service was great. I am very disappointed in the new key fob. It very difficult to get it working and do what it should. If I wanted a different key I would have ordered a generic one and saved a lot of money!

I have one tire that still feels low. I will have my son check it out when he comes on Saturday. I didn't know if they adjusted the pressure on my tires or just checked them. Your pricing for service seems to be higher than Don Jacobs used to charge. You might consider putting one portion of the week aside for Seniors and give them a break on the price of repairs. They should not have to decide on getting their medications or getting their car in working order. It would be a nice break for those who can't afford to keep their car in working order.

Slow or no replies to my inquiries if progress. Third time there for the same problem.I came early to show the new guy the problem last time. He sidnt let me show him. And three times I get the car back and the problem is not solved. Why is this happening. I was guaranteed a working car for a short while when ive left the lot. Its not been good since day one. Everytime i come down there its four hours. Im taking off work to do this. I want you to take this car back. Ill buy another one from ypu.
Ok so I scheduled a service that was deemed necessary by my tundra computer. When I called to schedule I was told that this service was for an oil change and a tire rotation. Then when I checked in at 6:15 PM for my scheduled service I was told that I was only do for a tire rotation. I said ok but I thought an oil change was needed every 5000 miles my last oil change was at 20000 miles. Then I was checked in and was told that service would take until 745 which is I feel ridiculous. How long does it take to rotate tires 10 minutes? I then had to find a service representative to find out at 750 pm what was happening with my tundra. I was told it was almost done, I then patiently waited and left around 755 pm. That means I was there from 6:15 to 750 pm which is quite a long time for an oil change. I will be taking my Tundra elsewhere for continued service.
