While my service advisor has excellent customer service skills, I was surprised and frankly disappointed to learn that the charges were higher than I was initially quoted. The shop supplies and tax contributed to the higher total. On the positive side, my service advisor, Cesar Becerra, actively listened to my concerns and countered with a $50 discount. I found his effort to “make it right” commendable. As a result, I would reach out to Cesar in the future for service issues.

Gilbert was GREAT! He did and handled things appropriately. I’m however HIGHLY disappointed that 5 tire rotations performed by this facility- and never in one of those instances was a recommendation for an alignment provided. This negligence on behalf of the service department, that I am trusting to provide accurate recommendations for service, results in a vehicle that is not even 2 years old needing 4 new tires. The trust is broken - I rely on the guidance and recommendations of the service department to ensure required maintenance is performed.

Where to even start. Inadequate services, being lied to, broken parts. I will be requesting a full refund. There are more issues with my vehicles now than when i brought it in!!!!!

I had a great experience visiting Toyota for service. The staff(Rigo Ramierz-Pascual) was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. The service was completed in a timely manner, and everything was clearly explained to me. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return for future maintenance.
Gilberto was informative about my situation and I did feel reassured under his help. I believe he went a step further to make me feel better considering my car had been going through a very strange problem.
