I had an A1 experience with Rigo Ramirez. He was so patient explaining everything to me. I felt very comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable. I have no qualms about recommending Serra Toyota to my friends.
It was completely professional yet personal. He kept me informed every step of the way. And thorough is an understatement. I was treated royally and can’t imagine how the experience could be improved. It truly was much more than just an oil change. It was customer care.
