Chris was great. But I asked for shuttle pick up from home at 2:05. At 5:00 I still hadn't been picked up!!! I called a couple of times and they said within the hour. I finally got a call after 5:00 and the driver was on 27th and Drexel. I told him not to bother to come anymore. Very frustrating!!! And disappointed????

AJ investigated and found that the windshield chip was present when Serra acquired the vehicle, which I purchased 2 weeks ago.He had it fixed and did not charge me for the work.
