Sai was a terrible service agent. He was condescending, didn’t quote me tires like I asked and never told me the rental needed to be returned full. I will never have my truck to be serviced at your dealership again. I will tell everyone I can about this terrible experience.

Surprised that I needed a tire alignment on a car that is about a year and a half old. Our last Rav that we leased for three years never needed a tire alignment. What was surprising is that I was told I needed the alignment by the person at the service desk before the car went into the service area. It makes me wonder whether I really needed this alignment and if the $193.00 I paid was unnecessary.
