While the person that checked me in was very nice, knowledgeable and professional, the cost to get my low tire pressure sensors diagnosed blew my mind at $225! I could see that cost to replace the sensors but to just diagnose? I’m very disappointed. Nate Melcher

Their was a part that was installed in my vehicle then sprung a leak right after installation so I brought it back and it was reinstalled at no charge to me because it was from the same part that was installed. Thanks Toyota Team!!! Happy Friday the 13th and Happy **** Day weekend.

Serra needs to be more forthright and detailed in communications. I had to ask for information that I believe should be provided in your communications. I had a bit of a problem with how long it was taking for you to receive the parts when there is a major toyota distribution center about 100 miles away. I'm sure that the work was done correctly and I appreciate that. You could have also washed it. I know that you gave me a ticket to do so myself but a dealer should do that for their customers.

Had the car there less than a month ago. Vehicle inspection report was perfect. Now suddenly we have an oil leak in several places and they also recommend brakes. Very disappointed in the communication and lack of professional work. Will be taking to a 2nd place for another opinion.
