I am so satisfied with the service I have gotten at Serra Toyota and much of that is due to the wonderful service person that I have worked with. Rigo ****is always so patient in answering my questions and making sure I understand everything that is going on with my vehicle. He is the best!

Julian was professional. He listened to my concerns and address them as best as he could. He gave some recommendations and also assisted with ordering something I needed. I would work with him again.
Mike did a wonderful job, but the service repair cost total price though no fault of his is crazy expensive.
Christopher was fine, but the rest of the experience was not great. I think the price was outrageous. Almost $700, and I got one tire sensor replaced. Plus, your sales people would not leave me alone. After making an offer on my car, I told them no and it seemed like they didn’t wanna take that as the answer, so they continued to text me about it. Also, the pressure on getting extra service completed seemed a bit much. The initial offer for one of the repairs was about $6500. I turned that down, and then you came back to me with an offer to fix it for about $3000 less. How does that work? It makes me think that I shouldn’t have paid $700 for what service I did receive! Finally, your service people lack some customer service skills. When I returned the rental vehicle and got out of the car, there were about 10 guys standing around, but no one came to talk to me. The one guy that I did talk to, seemed annoyed that I asked him for help. Not a great experience. I won’t be back
