Don't like the idea that you quote a price online, then when I get there I sign a paper accepting sundry or shop costs. They turn out to be 20%. Would prefer all costs be revealed up front.
The service took too long. And I was disappointed that the screw in my tire was not found the first 2 times I had my car in for service especially since both times were tire related.
The smell was not to nice!
I’m not sure of a coming back again! I hate when all employees leave. Did not recognize most of them. The young man who took care of me was fine. Waiting room not very clean! Whomever took over there needs to step in Steve’s shoes!!!
Julian has been my tech when I've had to get repairs done on my truck for the last 6 months he's always trying to help me out with coupons rentals whatever I need

John Barrett was friendly and professional. He explained the reports provided on my vehicle and pricing clearly. Everyone in service was very helpful and knowledgeable. They also went the extra mile and cleaned the blue off the tires and dressed them.
