Unfortunately, I did not expect such poor service. I received my vehicle back in the exact same condition as when I brought it in for the diagnostic regarding the three warning lights illuminated on the dashboard; it is truly frustrating. As customers, we deserve more respect and accountability from the individuals involved in providing this service. I will return tomorrow in the hope that they resolve this issue; otherwise, I will demand a refund for the blunder that was committed.

Gilberto was great! Had an issue with a different employee but Gilberto and AJ the manager resolved the issues and I’ll definitely be back to Toyota.
I received a text to bring my Tundra in for a recall. I also scheduled an oil change. I made the appointment and when I arrived I was told the parts needed weren't there. Maybe tell the staff that are making the appointments to make sure the parts are in stock.
John was great at letting me know what was happening with my truck throughout the day yesterday.
When an issue happened with the parking brake system, I was told the parts for that were not available and the truck would stay at the dealer for days. I could get a loaner vehicle but there weren't any. Seemed odd as there are so many vehicles at the dealer.
Again, no issues with John as he was trying hard to alleviate all the issues.
I asked the shuttle guy to drop me off at home literally 5 mins away from showroom. The guy said need to inform inside I was like ok I’ll stay here you can inform and take me home. While k was waiting out he came and took off.
AND service guy also was rushing without explaining what was done on my car and explain the findings suggestions.
Anyways I didn’t feel satisfied though.
One thing good was cashing out was fast I didnt have to go in to pay and take keys and search for my car it was delivered right where I was. Good upgrade from previous management.
John is very knowledgeable about product and was able to make sure that I was well informed in order to make the best decision regarding the service that I needed.
