Hi, this is [Your Name]. I had my 2023 Corolla in for an oil change a few days ago, and I've noticed a problem since then: the climate control air will not turn off. Even when I press the 'OFF' button, the air keeps blowing. I’ve tried resetting it, but it’s still happening. Can I bring it in to have a technician check the blower motor or the cabin filter housing?

John was great and did everything he could to make the process go smoothly. Not a fan of the dealership's opaque pricing. Would be better to know upfront exactly what the cost of service will be (like was shown on the initial service contract) instead of being surprised with an 11% addition to the cost. Feels super shady, and massively erodes trust in the dealership
Also, shuttle communication wasn't great. Agreed when I dropped the car off at 1 that being able to have it back before 5 wouldn't be a problem. Car was ready a little after 4, but shuttle was late and I had to pay for an uber to make it to the dealership by 5. Between the uber and shop fees I ended up paying 80 bucks more than I had expected to when I dropped the car off. Overall not the best experience
Chris is amazing and deserves some reward for finding and removing the squeak that I've had in my car for the past year, since the day I picked up my new car. 3 other service people said they didn't hear a squeak. Chris did and he got it fixed. Great Toyota worker!!!

Your shuttle driver was quite rude to me when I asked him if he could adjust the back of the seat I was sitting in He’s comment was something like your not in an airplane it’s a car ride. I was nearly laying back. He did pull out of the garage where he did adjust the seat back.There was a Hispanic couple in the car also and he announced English only when we were talking I had someone else bring me back to the dealership to avoid having to interact with him again.Otherwise the experience was
wonderful. Please do not share this with him because he does know my address.

You did a great job with the oil change not a big deal, but when they returned the truck, I reminded him that my tundra had bumped my CarPlay app off, so my phone wasn’t connecting and with minimal problems he fixed it very quickly so very satisfied
Shuttle service reliability is severally lacking and caused me to have to find alternative plans for pick up for my children because I wouldn't make it in time before they closed.
Cesar was great. However he was not aware that I had a maintenance plan so he needed to redo the paper work when I picked up my car. When I scheduled the appt I indicated I was coming in for maintenance under my plan. I also felt perhaps when bringing up the VIN it would have indicated the plan for the service rep. In any case as Cesar informed me I now know I need to inform the service rep.
I asked several times for my tires to be rotated so I wouldn’t have to come back and they never addressed this!! I don’t want to spend another 2 hours there in a week! Disappointed!!!!!
