We purchased the RX 350 the last couple days of December. This was the first service and they told me that it was out of alignment, which I found odd with only 4900 miles of driving for my wife. Who’s very cautious just seemed odd that it was of alignment so soon. I did not say anything to the service advisor, was in a hurry so paid the bill and left.
I was so surprised to have my floor mats cleaned!! They still had layers of winter yuck.! Thanks and of course my car was washed! Wow my first experience with Metro Service! All I can say is Wow! Thanks again.
