Tech told me it could take 60-90 minutes and it took about 30. While I understand faster is better the estimate was way too far off.
Plus there are no diet drinks available.
The service was completed before estimated time.

I had a 0830am appointment but I got called in 2 work 0730am start I ask my wife 2 assist me by following me 2 drop the car off. When we arrived the service dept wasn't open yet so I parked in the lot n was enroute 2 the drop box wen Jeff appeared n took my keys and the rest was history. He's always on point.
