A 90 minute service took 4 hours (oil change and new tires). No follow-up from Service Manager (though promised). Unacceptable.
My first time with Lexus. It went smoothly. I've had 2 Toyota Camrys for the last 25 years. Great vehicles so I felt a Lexus was a good choice this time around.

I believe Travis took my keys but Jonathan was my contact. I liked Jonathan very much. Very professional and knowledgeable. I don't recall speaking with Travis so I can't provide feedback on him other than appeared professional and courteous.
Jeff always makes me feel like a valued client and that all of my needs are fulfilled.
