Adam was fantastic as usual and very accommodative. However, both of the front seats of my LC500, as well as the door panels were smeared with grease. This is an inspiration series so white leather, it was not fun to attempt to clean off. I would recommend you enforce use of seat covers and clean gloves on service technicians. Especially when dealing with a car of this caliber, and having white leather.
Metro always does a fine/thorough job.
