Adam did a great job communicating throughout the duration of my car’s servicing. Additional work was added on and he was able to guide me through the extent of wear my car had, the service being suggested, and also future courses of action. I had little to worry about over the course of the four days my car was in his hands at Metro Lexus, a great experience all around.
