Disappointed the rim on my car that was repaired / refinished under warranty claim does not match the color on my other three rims on the car. New car with a rim finish that doesn’t match. Otherwise service was and satisfied.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received (Scotchguard on new car). My Lexus looks great. However, they seemed to have forgotten to follow up with scheduling after I purchased the car. I waited several weeks before calling myself to schedule.
