When I checked in for my appointment, I was informed it would take about 90 minutes. My appointment was 11 am. My check in was completed about 11:15 am. I was informed by the gentleman that it would take about 90 minutes. I informed the gentleman that I had a little ding on my car and he said he will get me a quote for the repair. He later provided me a quote and told me he was going to lunch and that someone else was going to finish up with my service. At 12:49. I received my multipoint inspection with my car. I waited an additional hour and the same gentleman came out and told me that it took longer because there was an issue with the battery testing machine which caused the delay. I understand things can come up, but I would’ve appreciated being kept informed during the wait. I felt as though I was overlooked, which was very frustrating, considering the significant time difference than what was originally communicated. I tried finding someone and no one was available. My salesman was with a customer. Others were on the phone. In light of the extended time and the lack of communication, I would like to request a complementary oil change for a future visit as a gesture of Goodwill. I value your service and I would like to continue coming here, but I hope this experience can be taken into consideration.
Jeffrey went above & beyond to help me decide whether I would get my new tires from Lexus, and due to his willingness to do some research, I did indeed choose to buy from Lexus.
This was my first experience with Lexus service, Everything was great and really liked the video walk through of what was done.
My thought was that the service department would clean my interior. Nothing was vacuumed.

Thank you so much for servicing my wife ‘s car in fashion time ! I do have a concern as that the final price of service was shocking high ! I got an earful when I got home!!!! I was told to fine a more reasonable shop to have our two Lexus‘s serviced when time is due !!!!! No $25 coupon is the answer, as we are both retired and this bill was shocking thank you Metro Lexus for keeping our two Lexus‘s running great!!!!!!!
