The service was exceptional and I can definitely tell the difference.
The reps especially Jeff Miller are very professional. They always work with me to try and get me the best deals on my services. I don’t feel take advantage of since I’m a woman. It’s always very pleasant when I go to Metro Lexus.

FYI, Adam is sharp. Customer Service is at an alll time low in my opinion…BUT NOY AT METRO LEXUS!!! You guys rock from the facility, amenities, I was able to work like I was in my office, but your coffee is better. Adam would briefly check in on me and give me staitus updates as needed, however, I’m blown away and will take the Lexus I had InspecTec back to Metro to complete other recommended services. Why go anywhere else when you get that level of service in Clevelamd…my motto is why drive anything else because of the quality of the vehicles…but the service is even better. In my lie line of work it’s Lillie going the am elite restaurant the food should always be great and if accompanied by top level service..that makes the “Complete Unforgettable Experience” keep it up.-Jude
