Everything was good but my husband and I had the same comment regarding our agent ‘Cassie’ Unfortunately, we felt that the agent’s tone came across as somewhat dismissive when I was asking questions. A bit more kindness would have made the interaction much better. But other than that everything went smoothly and our car issue was fixed .

He was busy at the end with another customer and so he asked someone else to check me out so I didn’t wait a longer time I’m assuming . The new gentleman was very nice although I would have preferred to finish up with who I started with honestly .
I’m sure he meant well - but I didn’t care for it . I would have waited to finish with him.
Slowness has been an issue lately, all I had was a tire rotation and inspection, and it took 2 hrs.

I was at the dealership today and Saturday, 6.14.25. I bought new tires 6.14.25 and today I had a tire related follow-up. I worked with Cordish and Travis 6.14.25. Today I worked with Paul Cooper. Everyone was nice and polite.
Cordis went above & beyond to accommodate my service needs today & took care of replacing 2tires that were defective immediately& professionally as he always does. He truly provides the customer experience that one expects as a Lexus customer. He is amazing & makes you want only to buy Lexus vehicles bcuz the service is so extraordinary.
