When I drove in, I was told that my front tires were not aligned properly. This was determined just by driving in. I did not trust that just by driving in that this could be determined, so the representative said they would get the car up and show me (by picture or video I assumed). A link was sent by text but it was only a work order form and not a picture or any data showing the misalignment. Then I received a text that I could pay ahead of time. That was all the information I received. Another representative came to inform me that my car was ready because mine was at lunch so I did not bring this up. The receipt showed there was slight misalignment and that an adjustment was done but the new representative did not go over this. He just wanted payment. I saw this later.
My first visit to Metro Lexus was positive. I interacted with 4 people and everyone was super helpful.

Thank you for completing my car repair in a timely manner. The rental was everything however not in the market to purchase a new car but if I was that rental would be the one.
Adam made this an enjoyable experience. He was able to answer my questions, kept me informed thought the service appointment and even made my day by picking up one of the air fresheners for the car. (Our favorite!) Extra callout to the dealership for making it easy to work while waiting for the car.
