I was truly extremely satisfied with the courteous kind and accommodating service I received. I was a little late getting there due to traffic, but I was treated so kindly and professionally. I was satisfied with the way I was treated even though I felt rushed. Car issue was taken care off within 30 min of dropping it off. Was lent a car which is great but felt to bring it back. They always wash my car, this time it wasn't.

When I purchased my 2021 NX300 I was told that I had a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Today Cassie informed me that today was the fourth and final covered service. I feel that I was rushed to make all those service appointments in the first 2 years with constant phone calls and mailings and was wondering why. Now I know, so I’m not satisfied and feel that your company scammed me. I only average 3,500 a year and know that my car didn’t need all that service and you know it too. Toula P
