This was my first oil change at Metro Lexus. I scheduled online and received a 15 minute long calendar event. I was frustrated to learn that oil changes actually take 90 minutes. What was supposed to be a brief stop ended up significantly impacting and delaying my afternoon.
Paul gave outstanding effort to accommodate my ever changing needs to get my vehicle in for the 10,000 mile check up. I’ve been a customer at Metro Lexus for over 20 years and had nothing but positive experiences both with Sales and Service. Thanks to Paul and All.
