I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change , tire rotation, wiper blade and air filter. That’s too long. Loaner cars should be made available if service is going to take that long

I let Jeff know what I needed completed on the RX, he kept me informed every step of the way in regards to the factory recall. As well as, the four tires installation, and the filters. I received ongoing updates via text, and the customer portal! Overall, I experienced exemplary customer service!
