There was so much confusion on the pick up time. After my car was returned to me, i received another call that they were ready to deliver my car. I told the caller that my car is already in my driveway. They were going to deliver another car that was supposed to be returned to Cambridge.
Cordis took care of me from my first call of distress while I was on the highway in limbo. Once I got to the dealership he kept me aware of what was going on throughout both days. I appreciate his commitment to the customer and his friendliness. Thank you, Brookpark Lexus and especially Cordis. My trip home was safe and sound
