I truly enjoy my interactions with Jeffrey. He is through, explains in detail and is understanding and helpful. All the managers I have dealt with since I bought my first car at Metro Lexus have been awesome but Jeffrey adds a understanding of the average persons situation and works within those boundaries in a caring and empathetic manner.
