The staff was not flexible. I had a bad experience and took my car and drove it to another auto shop and was treated nicer. Won’t come back. Ever.

Gabriel, our contact person at Lexus was thorough and explained the process. He said the car would be ready in an hour and a half, but it took less than an hour, which was great! Also loved the vanilla latte from the waiting room!
