Waiting time was shorter than expected which was appreciated.
Jeff was extremely courteous , knowledgeable and helpful in every way concerning my questions and concerns during my recent service appointment. On a scale of 1-10 ( 10 being highest) Jeff was 11+.
Reserved a rental and none was provided, had to wait 11/2 hrs. I was told they tried to call me to let me know but my phone went right to email. Why not leave a message? Very dissappointed.
Adam did a great job at keeping us updated on progress of the service. Seems like Metro has the same problem a lot of companies are having. Not enough people who really want to work. Adam is definitely not one of those types. He is a young man who Metro wants to keep and help him go grow with the company. It’s a real pleasure having him as our service provider.

I had an appointment with a loaner car…so I don’t understand how you “run out” of loaner cars. I had to change appointments today and I have to come back….not a premium experience.
