I attempted to reach out to the advisor via the portal and text and did not get a response. Additionally, the inspection report was never uploaded so I did not know about the additional recommended work until I was able to speak with someone on the phone over 24 hours later. My service advisor evidently had the day off and so no one was getting my messages or monitoring my portal. Very frustrating.
Gabriel and Cordis were amazing and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to look at an issue I was not sure about. They are a pleasure to deal with and will be back. Thanks

I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told that they could not get to my car done because they were so busy. I did receive a call from Cordis that evening and he apologized for the miss communication and problem that my car was not taken care of. He took full responsibility for the problem and told me my car would be ready first thing in the morning. I was called the next morning by Cordis when my car was ready. I felt better that he admitted a mistake was made and agreed that it was not good customer service. I hope that future servicing of my lexus will be better.

I was surprised to learn that the 2018 RX 350 we purchased in 2021 as a certified pre owned vehicle did not included road hazard coverage.
