Technician once again did not do the items checked on the maintenance checklist. Seems to e a habit. Paul was outstanding!
The people were very friendly. I was left waiting a very long time(4 hours) for a waiting appointment. I just happen to be there on a day where there was a bbq being offered, however, there should be snacks available for customers who are unable to leave.

Dan was great. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I was put on hold twice and left two voicemails. Neither were answered. Tried to schedule through the website and was told I would get a call to confirm. That didn’t happen. After my fifth call I finally talked to someone who scheduled the appointment.
This communication is similar what was happening with the sales department. They would email me offers and when I would respond they never followed up. There were several times I wanted to seriously look at trading in for a newer model but no response was given. I even copied the sales manager and my salesman on the response and got nothing. Eventually I just unsubscribed.

Cordis did a great job! I showed up this morning without an appointment at 7:00. I had a nail in my tire without much air left. He got me in a loaner car and had the tire replaced. I didn’t miss any work and he handled everything.
Headliner wasn't cleaned, seatbelts as well. Floor has been washed so that's good. Exterior was washed and that's about it. Doesn't seem like complete exterior and interior detail, more like nice exterior wash and interior panel wipe down. Definitely not worth the money.
