Nothing Autumn did, but I was disappointed that a balance isn’t conducted/included on the tires being rotated that were purchased at the dealership. It can’t be that much effort to check the balance-any additional cost for that basic function-disappointing.

Overall disappointment with the service department. I have never had to replace tires when I have leased a car. My car had 25k miles on it and I needed to replace my tires today. I travel 2 miles one way to work everyday. Something had to have happened along the way with an alignment or rotation.
Everything was swift and easy to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Staff was friendly
