There was little to no communication regarding the status of my vehicle. I dropped it off Monday morning abd only received a text message letting me know that I would be notified when it was done. Tuesday morning I heard nothing. I called, left a message for service/Adam. Then texted him to inquire as to what was going on. This is highly unusual, so you can imagine what is running through my thoughts. I finally connected with Adam who told me he had just returned from lunch. Again I asked when I could expect the car to be completed. By then, it was the afternoon. Communication would be helpful.

Amazing job everyone extremely nice but one little problem when they fixed my steering wheel they got grease all over the inside of the windshield which made my angry but everything else more then made up for that mistake

They rotated my tires and cars steering started to shake brought it to their attention and they put the tires back on as they were originally. Sent me on my way. As soon as I left the rear started to shake. They said it was probably a bent rim without diagnosing and said I needed 4 tires and sensors. They only had 3 sensors so I had to get a loaner. The deal was shoddy but Adam had a big smile on his face when I returned the car 74 year old senior and I think I've was taken advantage of and should be reimbursed in part for this service. Your service manager was initially involved but completely ignored me when I picked up my LEXUS vehicle.
