I’m tired of anytime I call for a price, it is never the price I am charged.i was told the cost to replace my key was $337 and I was charged $447. It does not take $99 for labor (that I was not told after multiplied calls regarding the ke) or $10 shop fees. $479 for a key replacement is a joke. I will be hard pressed to ever want to come back to metro Lexus.
And please note, you wasted my time on 10/31 when your team had me set up an appt for the key to be programmed. When I got there and was signed in, 15 min later found out that the key wasn’t even in stock and you couldn’t do anything that day. So I had to make a new appt. For 11/10.
Super disappointed if I didn’t say it already. I got duped for an extra $110 and that’s just the way metro Lexus rolls.

Hi everything was fine except I was sent a text of a bill for $400+ when j was told there would only be a valet charge of $10. I texted 3 x and left 2 voicemails and never heard back over 2 days. I didn’t know until my car was returned that I did in fact owe only the $10.

Great service from Metro Lexus. 11 out of 10. Al the parts(shuttle service for my vehicle and loaner with polite drivers) Dan on service desk and your receptionist were excellent.

I don’t feel appreciated being coerced into replacing my tires. I bought my 2022 RX350 1 year ago and I’m being told i need to replace my tires for $1700. I have 15,000 miles on my tires that are supposed to last 60000 miles. If they needed replaced I should have received some type of manufacturers discount, but nothing. The quote “tire guy” never came to me to explain why the tires needed replacement other than the tires were choppy. The results of the point inspection had my tires green except for yellow for wear pattern. I’m beginning to think Metro Lexus only wants money versus taking care of their customers and explaining what the issues are.
Cordis was extremely helpful and my car was ready as promised.
