I wanted to talk with someone about what was found during the inspection. This has always been done in the twenty years I have had service at Metro Lexus.
Jeff Miller is so knowledgeable. He is also very nice and very thorough. He always does such a great job. Everybody at Metro Lexus Service is awesome, but Jeff just Alba seems to go that extra mile. I really appreciate that.
Jeffrey was extremely helpful, professional and informative about my car service. He really knows the Lexus brand and seems to enjoy his career.
When he found out I needed front brakes he told me it was unsafe to drive my car home setting up service and providing me with loaner, this was outstanding customer service. Adam was very good , but arriving at the dealership I stood around waiting for over 5 minutes, while at least 3 service reps were sitting at their computers and also looking at their phones ignoring in me. damn!
Also the loaner was nice, but the interior was very dirty, surprisingly.
Come on guys, this isn’t the Lexus experience let’s level up!!!!!!

During a recent service interval, a Classic Toyota Master tech pointed out a small leak coming from the driver's front side of the front differential where the cv joint comes out. They let me look under the vehicle while it was on the lift and I saw some small oil droplets in the area in question. They recommended I take it to a Lexus dealership as a warranty repair. They must have cleaned the area before giving me the vehicle as the Metro Lexus tech was unable to confirm a leak at this time to qualify for this repair. Jeff Miller was great to work with and helpful in explaining the challenge with qualifying this as a warranty repair without visual evidence at this time. I will return in January to have this checked again while my warranty is still valid.
The service technician, Adam, was professional and courteous, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by his attention to good customer relations

I e asked for a trade value three times while car is in for service. Nothing.
Service ALWAYS suggests items needing repaired.
Most of the time those suggested services were done the previous service. It’s really that bad. Our last set of tires had 14k miles and they suggested replacement. Gave us quote then we said check your records for warranty and then we get another advisor that says we can warranty them at 70% but that 70% is at your cost not my cost. My response was that it just keep getting worse and worse.
